Information you choose to provide

We may collect your name, email address, pet's name, product interests, destination, story, uploaded pet photos, chat messages, and other details included in an inquiry or private website conversation. Written inquiries and selected photos are saved directly with a reference number and service status so they are not lost if an email window does not open. When you unlock the reward wheel, we store the email address, result type, discount code or free-keepsake code when applicable, amount, wheel-claim sequence number, consent choice, claim time, expiry time, and whether it was used for an inquiry.

How we use information

We use the information to operate the private website chat, view reference photos, prepare quotes, answer questions, create and deliver custom products, administer discounts, prevent duplicate active offers, provide customer support, and maintain order records. When you expressly consent, we may also send occasional Paw & Love Studio news or offers.

Email choice and unsubscribe

Unlocking the reward wheel requires agreement to receive the result and occasional marketing emails. You can withdraw that permission at any time by using an unsubscribe instruction in a message or contacting us. Withdrawing marketing consent does not affect an existing order or necessary service communications.

Basic website measurement and device storage

To understand which pages and products are useful, the website records limited first-party activity such as a page viewed, an inquiry form started, a product detail opened, a wheel opened or completed, a photo upload started, approximate active time, the page path, referral or campaign label, general country code, language, and broad device category. Random anonymous visitor and session identifiers help distinguish repeat page loads from approximate unique visits. We do not intentionally store an IP address in this analytics table or use this measurement to follow you across unrelated websites.

The website uses device-local browser storage to remember the anonymous measurement identifiers, whether the wheel was dismissed, the reward already claimed on that device, the remaining 24-hour period, and the private conversation access token for that browser. This token lets the same device reopen its website chat; clearing browser storage may remove that local access. Do not share a conversation access token or use a public device for sensitive messages.

Meta advertising measurement

We use the Meta Pixel to understand whether an advertisement led to a website visit, product view, product customization choice, submitted inquiry, or request to contact the studio. Meta may receive event information together with ordinary browser and device information used to deliver and measure advertising. We do not include your name, email address, pet's name, story, chat message, or uploaded photos in Meta advertising event details. A submitted inquiry is recorded as a lead, not as a purchase. Only after payment is actually received, our private studio dashboard may send Meta the paid amount, currency, website source, and pseudonymous order or browser identifiers through the Conversions API. This is used to measure advertising results and prevent a mere inquiry from being counted as a sale.

Sharing and selling

We do not sell your email address, inquiry details, chat messages, or pet photos. Uploaded images are stored privately and delivered through expiring access links. Information may be handled by service providers used to host the website, measure advertising, process payments, send messages, or deliver orders, and may be disclosed when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect customers, the business, or the service.

Retention and security

Discount lead and basic website measurement records are normally retained for up to 12 months after the last relevant interaction. Inquiry and order records may be kept longer when reasonably needed to provide a quote, complete an order, resolve a dispute, meet tax or fraud-prevention needs, or comply with law. The private studio dashboard is protected by a secure login and limited session. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete information associated with your email, or object to marketing or advertising measurement use, subject to applicable law and necessary order or legal records. You can also use browser controls that limit cookies or tracking. We may need to verify a request before acting.
